Refund Policy

New items.
Items that are being sold by KJExclusives as new can be returned for store credit/exchanged within 7 business days of purchase.

Any request for a return must be reported by email or instagram to us within 3 calendar day of delivery.
The returned product(s) have to be completely new, not worn and in their original packaging, perfectly intact.
Returned products showing any signs of wear of use, damages. or if the product is made unfair for sale, as well if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered, will not be processed by us.
Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package to prevent any damages to the product(s). JKExclusives has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.
Shipping costs made while returning your order will not be reimbursed by JKExclusives.
Please be aware that JKExclusives is not a physical store. This means we will not accept any in-person returns. Every return has to be made through a postal service.

Pre-owned items.
All sales that include pre-owned / used items are final due to the unique nature of the products.
If your return is accepted, your return will automatically be processed. The store credit will be available once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.
If your return is refused, you will be informed by email within 2-3 working days. We will then ship back your returned items to your address, at your expense.
